What is the variability of the heart rate and the energy meridians of the human body?

"Variability" is a property of biological processes associated with the need to adapt the organism to changing environmental conditions. In other words, variability is a change of various parameters, including the rhythm of the heart, in response to the impact of any factors. Consequently, the heart rate variability (HRV) reflects the work of the cardiovascular system and the work of the mechanisms of regulation of the whole organism. 

The cardiovascular system is a striking example of a unique control system built on a hierarchical principle, where each lower level functions autonomously under normal conditions. With changes in the external environment and / or in the development of the pathological process, higher levels of management are activated to maintain homeostasis.
